      QuickBooks Online sync

      Connect your QuickBooks company once and every sponsorship order posts itself — no more month-end CSV imports.

      • Each committed order becomes a QuickBooks invoice (INV-#), one line per sponsorship, coded to your sponsorship income account.
      • Online payments post as payments applied to the invoice the moment Stripe confirms them; reservation orders post when you mark them paid.
      • Refunds post as refund receipts and cancellations void the invoice — the books follow the order, in both directions.
      • Pick your accounts once (with auto-suggest from your chart of accounts), backfill past orders in one click, and see anything QuickBooks rejected in a plain-English issue list with a retry button.
      • In-kind sponsorships never post, and the QuickBooks CSV export still works for chambers that prefer it.

      Attach requirements a sponsor must formally acknowledge at checkout — beyond just paying.

      • Each acknowledgment is recorded with a timestamp and shown on the order’s activity timeline and confirmation email.
