      Import any spreadsheet, working staff accounts & estimated attendance

      Drop in the export from your old system as-is, give staff accounts that actually work, and tell sponsors how big the room is.

      • Imports no longer need our template headers: columns are matched automatically, including exports from GrowthZone and ChamberMaster, and the preview shows every match with sample values so you can correct anything unsure before importing.
      • Full names split into first and last (including “Last, First”), currency symbols are cleaned up, and a member list dropped on the Sponsorships tab (or the reverse) is caught and offered a one-click switch.
      • Staff accounts now work across everything in their sidebar: members, events, sponsorships, coupons, packages, and site content. Before, many of those actions failed with a bare “Forbidden”.
      • Staff can upload event and sponsorship images.
      • Optional estimated attendance on each event (350, 200–300, or 500+), shown on the event page, storefront event cards, and sponsorship details. It's also an import column.
      • Tightened account security so no one can change their own role or chamber.

      Monthly sponsorship dates, Stop Sales overrides & multiple categories

      Finer control over when each sponsorship sells and where it shows up.

      • Monthly sponsorships can happen on a specific day (the 16th) or weekday (the 3rd Thursday), and leave the storefront on your Stop Sales schedule just like event sponsorships.
      • “Repeat monthly” now defaults to no end date: it creates the next 12 months and the annual rollover keeps the series going.
      • Override Stop Sales on individual sponsorships: keep one selling right up to the event, or close another one sooner than the rest.
      • Put a sponsorship in more than one category, the same as events.
      • Archived events and sponsorships are hidden from your lists by default, and sponsorships get a new Availability filter.
      • Bulk actions now say why they failed. If a sold event can't be deleted, you're told which one and how many orders it has, and pointed to Archive instead.
      • First-rights allocations now count only the current season's purchases.

      Email send performance

      See how many members opened and clicked each email.

      • New Performance tab on the Email Log: delivered, opened, and clicked rates for every send over 30 days, 90 days, or all time. Click a row to see its individual emails.
      • Open tracking is on for all chamber email going forward. Sends before September 8 show clicks only.
      • Jump straight to any page of the Email Log, and pick 25, 50, or 100 rows per page.

      Custom storefront domains & sender controls

      Run your storefront on your own domain and control exactly who each email comes from.

      • Enterprise chambers can serve their storefront from their own domain (like sponsors.yourchamber.com) alongside their mysponsorships.org address.
      • White-label email sending domains now connect and verify from the white-label settings page.
      • Your Reply-To and BCC settings are now applied to every outgoing email.

      Smoother member onboarding

      Invites that keep working, password help without a support ticket, and a much faster members list.

      • Set-password links in invite emails, carrying your chamber's branding, keep working until they're used instead of expiring. The same applies when a sponsor adds a representative or rollover creates new accounts.
      • Reset a member's password from the Members list: email them a link, or set one yourself and require a change at next sign-in.
      • Members who signed in with an email link can now set a password from their profile.
      • Add a member without sending the welcome email, then send the invite whenever you're ready.
      • The Members list loads in milliseconds even for chambers with hundreds of businesses, and Select all plus bulk actions work past 500 members.
      • Import legacy .xls workbooks, with preview errors shown before you import and accurate counts afterwards.
      • Export the Email Log to CSV, and email Video blocks pick up their YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom thumbnail automatically.
      • The Team page shows Active and Pending based on whether someone has actually signed in.

      QuickBooks Online sync

      Connect your QuickBooks company once and every sponsorship order posts itself — no more month-end CSV imports.

      • Each committed order becomes a QuickBooks invoice (INV-#), one line per sponsorship, coded to your sponsorship income account.
      • Online payments post as payments applied to the invoice the moment Stripe confirms them; reservation orders post when you mark them paid.
      • Refunds post as refund receipts and cancellations void the invoice — the books follow the order, in both directions.
      • Pick your accounts once (with auto-suggest from your chart of accounts), backfill past orders in one click, and see anything QuickBooks rejected in a plain-English issue list with a retry button.
      • In-kind sponsorships never post, and the QuickBooks CSV export still works for chambers that prefer it.
