Terms of Service

Last updated: February 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chamberly platform ("Service") operated by Chamberly ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Subscription & Billing

Chamberly offers subscription plans billed annually. All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your account will be paused until a subscription is activated. No data is deleted during a paused state. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, using the Service for unlawful purposes, distributing malware, or engaging in activity that disrupts or degrades the Service for others.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Chamberly. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and analytics.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chamberly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data before the retention period ends.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
