What's New in Chamberly: September 2026

September so far has been about getting in the door: invite links that keep working, password help without a support ticket, a much faster members list, email open and click tracking, custom storefront domains, and finer control over monthly sponsorships.

What's New in Chamberly: September 2026

September has been our busiest month since launch: four releases in the first three weeks, most of them aimed at the first few weeks of using Chamberly. Getting members signed in, getting data moved over, and getting your list loading fast. We also added email performance tracking, custom storefront domains, and a lot more control over monthly sponsorships.

Here's the recap. Full detail for every release is on the changelog.

Smoother member onboarding (v1.10.0, September 2)

  • Invite links that keep working. Set-password links in invite emails carry your chamber's branding and stay valid until they're used, instead of expiring. The same goes for links sent when a sponsor adds a representative or when rollover creates new accounts.
  • Password resets without a support ticket. From the Members list, email a member a reset link, or set a password yourself and require them to change it at next sign-in.
  • Add now, invite later. Add a member without sending the welcome email, then send the invite whenever you're ready.
  • A much faster Members list, even for chambers with hundreds of businesses, and Select all plus bulk actions now work past 500 members.
  • Legacy .xls imports, with preview errors shown before you import and accurate counts afterwards.
  • Export the Email Log to CSV, and email Video blocks pick up their YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom thumbnail automatically.
  • The Team page shows Active and Pending based on whether someone has actually signed in.

Custom storefront domains and sender controls (v1.11.0, September 4)

  • Your storefront on your domain. Enterprise chambers can serve their storefront from their own address, like sponsors.yourchamber.com, alongside their mysponsorships.org address.
  • White-label sending domains now connect and verify from the white-label settings page.
  • Reply-To and BCC settings now apply to every outgoing email.
  • "Send as" lets you pick a different sender for each campaign, so a renewal note can come from the executive director and an event announcement from the events lead.

Email send performance (v1.11.1, September 8)

  • A new Performance tab on the Email Log shows delivered, opened, and clicked rates for every send over 30 days, 90 days, or all time. Click a row to see the individual emails behind it.
  • Open tracking is on for all chamber email going forward. Sends before September 8 show clicks only.
  • Jump straight to any page of the Email Log, and pick 25, 50, or 100 rows per page.

We wrote up how to put this data to work in Sponsorship Emails That Get Opened.

Monthly sponsorship dates, Stop Sales overrides, and multiple categories (v1.12.0, September 15)

  • Monthly sponsorships get real dates. Set them for a specific day (the 16th) or weekday (the third Thursday), and they leave the storefront on your Stop Sales schedule, just like event sponsorships.
  • "Repeat monthly" defaults to no end date. It creates the next 12 months, and the annual rollover keeps the series going.
  • Per-sponsorship Stop Sales overrides. Keep one sponsorship selling right up to the event, or close another sooner than the rest.
  • Multiple categories for sponsorships, the same as events.
  • Archived events and sponsorships are hidden from your lists by default, and sponsorships get a new Availability filter.
  • Bulk actions explain failures. If a sold event can't be deleted, you'll see which one and how many orders it has, with a pointer to Archive instead.
  • First-rights allocations now count only the current season's purchases.

What's next

The next release is almost out the door: imports that accept the export from your old system as-is (columns matched automatically, with a preview of every match before anything is imported), staff accounts that work across everything in their sidebar, and an optional estimated attendance on each event so sponsors can see how big the room is. It'll lead off next month's recap.

Beyond that, work continues on the Enterprise tier and on native iOS and Android apps. You can follow both on the roadmap section of the changelog.

If you've been waiting for an easier way to move off your current system, the timing is good. Book a demo and bring your existing member or sponsor list. We'll show you what it looks like inside Chamberly.
